Account Deletion
You can delete your account on The Collectibles yourself in the app, or ask us to do it by e-mail.
01Before you delete
A balance or a withdrawal on its way blocks deletion. Ship or sell what is in your vault first: after the closure every card still in the vault is sold for you at its Sell price at that moment and the money stays on the closed account, where it cannot be paid out.
02In the app
Sign in to The Collectibles app, open Profile → Settings → Your data → Delete account and confirm.
03By e-mail
Write to us from the e-mail address on your account and ask us to delete it:
